Support & FAQ

Everything you need to get the most from Track My Plate. Can't find an answer? Email us — we reply fast.

How does AI food tracking work?
Take a photo of your meal inside the app. Our AI recognizes each food item, estimates the portion, and returns calories, carbs, proteins, and fats — no searching a database, no weighing required for most foods.
Do I need to manually log every meal?
No. Track My Plate supports three logging methods: AI photo scan, quick text description (e.g., "grilled salmon with rice"), or manual entry. Pick whichever is fastest in the moment.
How accurate is the calorie tracking?
For common foods, AI estimates are usually within a reasonable range of the true values. Accuracy improves with clear, well-lit photos where portions are visible. You can always tap any entry to adjust the calories or macros.
How do I track my weight?
Open the weight section, enter your current weight, and set a goal. The app draws a progress chart, tracks your trend, and shows how much you've lost or gained over any period.
What macros does the app track?
Calories, carbohydrates, proteins, and fats — per meal, per day, and per dish. Each dish is also broken down into its individual ingredients with their own nutrition breakdown.
How do I cancel my subscription?
On your iPhone: open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, tap Track My Plate, then Cancel Subscription. It stays active until the end of the current billing period. You can also manage this via the App Store.
Is this app a substitute for medical advice?
No. Track My Plate is a nutrition tracking tool for general wellness. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult your physician for any health questions.
What iOS version is required?
Track My Plate supports recent versions of iOS. For the exact minimum, check the App Store listing, which is always up to date.
