By downloading or using Track My Plate, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance
These Terms of Use govern your use of the Track My Plate iOS application (the "App"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download or use the App.
2. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices you own or control, subject to Apple's Usage Rules in the App Store Terms of Service.
3. Subscriptions and auto-renewal
Track My Plate offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions:
- Weekly: $7.99 / week
- Monthly: $9.99 / month
- Yearly: $39.99 / year
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew for the same period at the then-current price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
4. Cancellation
You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time by opening Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad, or via the App Store. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. Free downloads and trials
Track My Plate is free to download. Some features may be available only to subscribers. If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited upon purchase of a subscription, where applicable.
6. Refunds
Purchases are handled by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple's reportaproblem site. We cannot issue refunds directly.
7. User content
You retain ownership of food photos, meal descriptions, and weight entries you submit. You grant us a limited license to process this content strictly to deliver App features (for example, AI nutrition analysis).
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse-engineer, tamper with, or misuse the App, upload unlawful content, or interfere with our services or other users.
9. Not medical advice
The App provides nutrition estimates for general wellness and is not a medical device. Content in the App is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult your physician before making changes to your diet, exercise, or medication.
10. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated nutrition values are precise for every food or portion.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the App.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
14. Apple
Track My Plate is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple Inc. Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the App or its content, but is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms with respect to your license.
